Much respect for these two legends, as a young person of colour seeing these guys rise up and fly the flag of excellence is beautiful to see. Representation matters especially to the next generation.

great segment. I so wished that they let Mark win the WWE title in 2013 when he did the fake retirement speech even if it was just for a month, always loved mark and booker!

Two real legends. Mark Henry is undervalued. Real Olympian and made it in WWE. He’s an even better analyst.

I'm 34 and I only knew WWF at the age of 6 or 7. WCW came on Saturdays and didn't really know it was a different company I just knew it was wrestling on tv. The more I started watching at a young age there were two things I looked forward watching on Saturdays and that was Ric Flair and these brothas from Harlem Heat. I didn't see anyone that was talking the way they did and wrestle the way they did. booker has always been one of my favorite and great to see him reflecting.

This should be a full special on the network. Kofi should be there too. His influence won't be noticed for another few years, but it's coming. Look at Isaiah Scott. If Kofi didn't exist, someone like Scott's look would never be signed by WWE.
Jonathan Muldrow 3 month ago
After having Truth & Lashley wrestle and Montez ford losing. Gtfoh WWE!
Elijah Hill 3 month ago
Black History has been great so far when Kofi became the first man to win the WWE title at WrestleMania last year, as well as the Street Profits’ and Velveteen Dream’s increased popularity. Can’t wait to see what this year brings.

And to BoBo Ernie Bearcat SweetDaddy etc thank you. Hopefully one day we will not think of Black and White just People being People. It’s up to those who raise their children.

Mark Henry, You had it write. When you said Bianca Belair is the Cream of the Crop, U got that write.... l tell you why, you remember on NXT, Bianca Belair said something like. "Charlotte Flair you did what I wanted you to, U put your hands on me. So now we gotta have a match". Man, l hope they do have a match to. Cuz Charlotte Flair will get her ass kicked. Bianca Belair will beat Charlotte Flair down.. I can't wait for that match... Cuz Bianca Belair go fuck Charlotte Flairs ass up.

Rocky Johnson, Rakeshi, Zeka and WC Hurns are a few of the first Afro Americans who paved the way in world wrestling entertainment for people like Mark Henry, Roman Reigns, Dwayne 'the Rock' Johnson, Nia Jacks, Bianca Bellaire, Titus O' Neal and many more.

I always laugh when the wwe celebrates black history month. They had such unforgettable wrestlers like Virgil, saba simba, Akeem the African dream, Roddy Piper, hhh, and xpac in blackface, and wanted to call Mark Henry the silverback.
